- Complete annual awareness programs for the above policies in August.
- Complete 100% screening of identified candidates on an annual basis
- Complete 100% assessments of eligible candidates (shortlisted from the screening stage) on an annual basis
- Complete implementation in line with action plans, SEA establishment by September 2024
- Complete annual reports to Cabinet in line with the guidelines.
- Complete M&E report for post policy implementation every 2 years from Cabinet approval
