Performance Indicators
- Revised composition completed by the ISC and endorsed by Cabinet every 18 months
- Legislative review of PB governing legislations tabled with Parliament by 31st
December 2025 - R&S to commence 6 months prior to position becoming vacant and complete within 1 month of the position becoming vacant.
- Develop a manual documenting the steps, processes & requirements involved with the R&S of Directors by 1st December 2024.
- Signed WOA in place for all Directors (100%) whose appointments are made by the HOS within 6 weeks of their endorsement by Cabinet.
- Signed Shareholder’s Resolution in place for all Directors (100%) of Public Bodies subject to the Companies Act 2001 within 6 weeks of their appointment by Cabinet
- All Directors (100%) to have a signed DPIC within 4 weeks of their appointment by Cabinet
- Agenda & Meeting documents to be circulated to the ISC 3-5 working days before each meeting
- Minutes for all ISC meetings to be endorsed by the Chair 5 days after each meeting
- Signed Code of Conduct and Guidelines for Conflict of Interest, Audit Sub-committees and Board Evaluation in place for all Board by 31 Dec 2024
- Quarterly Governance Tool approved by Cabinet and rolled out to all Public Bodies by 13th July 2025
- Report of 3rd Performance Evaluation of Public Body Boards & Directors submitted to Cabinet by 30th October 2025
- Report of 4th Performance Evaluation of Public Body Boards & Directors submitted to Cabinet by 30th April 2026
- Report of 5th Performance Evaluation of Public Body Boards & Directors submitted to Cabinet by 30th October 2027
- Revised Performance Evaluation Framework for Public Body Boards & Directors endorsed by Cabinet by 30th December 2025
- Provide Induction for all 1st time Directors within 2 months of their appointment
- Development and implement a bi-annual Talanoa session for Board Chairs to be implemented 31st July and 30th March every year
- Training/Workshop/Seminar to strengthen Board performance delivered in May and June of alternate years
- Every R&S to start 6 months before and completed within 1 month of the position becoming vacant

- Consolidated summary of performance issues by Public Body Chief Executive Officers & General Managers submitted to Cabinet by the 30th June annually
- Revised/Updated Performance Management Framework for Public Body Chief Executive Officers & General Managers endorsed by Cabinet on the 31st December 2025
