Ministry for Public Enterprise staff members, Afoa Fogapoa, (Assistant Chief Executive Officer) and August Ah Yen (Principal Officer) of the Public Private Partnership and Privatization Division become the first certified Public Private Partnership (PPP) Professionals from the Pacific Region.
