• Executive Department
  To administer the Fund to improve membership cover to 90% of all workers in Samoa through enforcement of legislation and to provide services through best practices.
  To lead in initiatives to grow the Fund and members’ contribution and balances through strengthening its financial position to generate 10% or more interest annually to members.
• Members Services Department
  To increase membership to 90% of the work force, enforce the collection of contributions promptly and to provide quality service to all members.
• Investment Department
  To manage the investment portfolio to achieve a long term average return of 10% or more
• Legal Department
  To facilitate, secure and enhance SNPF services with the law
• Finance Department
  To provide Finance Reporting on the administration of funds for effective decision
• Information Communications Technology Department
  To use latest technology to improve services to members
• Senior Citizen Benefit Fund
  To administer the Senior Citizens benefit fund effectively and efficiently
• Internal Audit
  To ensure that appropriate, sound and effective internal control systems, risks management and governance systems are in place for safeguarding on the Fund.
