The principal purpose of the Unit Trust of Samoa Management Company Ltd is to operate and manage the investment fund, the Unit Trust of Samoa.  It provides opportunities for Samoans and businesses to invest in shares of privatized Public Bodies.  The Company continues to achieve their linked Vision and Mission statements as stated below:
